Meet Kelsie 💛 Kelsie’s story didn’t start the way any dog’s should. Her early life was marked by cruelty and hardship—but she never let that define her. Today, Kelsie is a gentle, loving soul who’s rediscovered joy in belly rubs, playtime, and quiet companionship. She’s sweet, caring, and has a playful spark that lights up when she’s with people she trusts.

She has shown some reactivity to other dogs particularly when the other dog is receiving attention. Probably because she has never had attention and would prefer to have all of the attention to herself. And we’re not sure how she feels about cats just yet, but we’re happy to explore that with potential adopters. What we do know is that Kelsie is ready for a fresh chapter—one filled with love, patience, and the kind of care she’s always deserved.

Duncan Est DOB 3/5/2024 Male Boston Terrier

Duncan is a young Boston Terrier with a big personality and an even bigger love for toys. He’s shy and reactive at first, but will warm up to his people, He’s very active and totally adorable.

Duncan gets along with some dogs, especially those who respect his space and energy. Because of his reactiveness we do not think he will do well with cats or other animals. He’s happiest when he’s bouncing around with his favorite toy or snuggling up for a nap.

Now for the honest part: Duncan experienced some kind of trauma earlier in life—possibly being hit by a car—and it left him with permanent incontinence. He can’t control his urine or fecal output, but he doesn’t let that slow him down. He’s otherwise healthy, happy, and living life to the fullest.

Duncan’s looking for a special someone who sees past the challenges and recognizes the joy he brings. If you’ve got room in your heart (and maybe a few extra puppy pads), Duncan would love to be your loyal, playful sidekick.

Ruth is a very sweet and well-mannered girl with a heart of gold. While she might feel a bit nervous around men with beards, a little patience and some tasty treats always help her feel right at home. She enjoys long walks and, even though she can be a little playful at times, she mostly prefers a relaxed pace—often content to lounge in your lap while you watch TV.

Friendly with other dogs (though her rapport with cats is still a mystery), Ruth is housebroken and easy to walk, making her an ideal companion for a serene and loving home. If you're looking for a gentle, affectionate, and low-maintenance friend, Ruth might just be the perfect match.
