Nine years ago, she was adopted from an animal control facility and spent nearly a decade being cherished. But when her owner faced serious health challenges, Zoey was heartbreakingly returned to the same facility—this time, with her life on the line.

She was rescued on the very day she was scheduled to be euthanized. To be saved once from a shelter is lucky. To be saved twice? That’s extraordinary.

Zoey is now safe, and she’s ready to write her next chapter with someone who sees the beauty in second chances. She’s gentle, grateful, and still full of lots of love to give.
