This year's event will feature free bounce houses, police and fire vehicles, and go-kart DUI/Distracted driving demonstrations. Hope Rescues pulls dogs on their last day of life from animal controls and cares for them until they are able to find them a forever home. Since it's founding in 2005, over 3000 animals have been saved. 

Both courses take place at the beautiful Glazebrook Park located at 1401 Stamper Lane in Godfrey, IL., taking runners through a breath-taking walking trail.

Registration Opens July 25, 2018.

Miles for Meso 5K Race/3K Fun Run Walk Adoption Event

Join Hope Rescues at this annual event for shopping, adoptions and information.
There are things for the whole family and it is all for a good cause!

The 10th Annual Miles for Meso, presented by Simmons Hanly Conroy and coordinated by the Metro Tri Club, returns on Sept. 22, 2018 in Alton, Ill. which is less than 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis. This is an event we host every year to raise awareness about the dangers of asbestos and recognize National Mesothelioma Awareness Day. This a great opportunity for everyone to come together to help a meaningful cause and have a wonderful time. In addition to the run/walk, race day festivities include a vendor fair, free food, live music, and activities for kids. All registration costs and donations goes directly towards mesothelioma research and awareness.
