Hi, I'm Philly, a puppy with a knack for adventure! I'm friendly, curious, playful, smart, and energetic. My journey to the shelter? Well, it's a funny story. I was chasing my tail, yes, my own tail, in a park, and ended up doing somersaults right into a picnic basket! The kind park ranger brought me here, and now I'm ready for my next adventure. I'm not just a pup with a funny tail-chasing story. I like other dogs (not sure about cats since I haven’t met one yet) and I'm also a quick learner, great at fetch( well, I will be when I am older), and a champion cuddler.
